Good to know :

Generating a document

Head to your employees profile > in the Documents section :

  • Click on "Create a document"

  • Select the desired document template and the concerned contract or amendment. The document templates available are the ones previously added to your settings. The document names will automatically update depending on the saved template.

  • Click on "Generate the document"

That’s it ! The variables have automatically been replaced with your employees' information ! 🎉

Good to know : You can download the document directly : it will be filed in your employee's documents as well as in your computer's downloads.

Finding the generated and imported documents

You can find all the documents generated or imported for your employee in their profile, in the Documents section (from the web or the mobile app).

The Document section can only be viewed from the web version of Combo by :

  • The concerned employee

  • The managers who have access to employees' profiles and the employees' team

  • The directors who have access to the employees' establishment

  • All the admins and the owner of the account

Thanks to our People plan, you can get your employee to sign your documents electronically ! Click here to find out more 😉
