How is an absence calculated?
By default, the duration of an absence (excluding paid leave) is calculated as:
Weekly working hours ÷ Number of working days per week
🔎 Example: Paul has a 35h contract over 5 days and is absent for 3 days:
35h ÷ 5 = 7h per day
3 days × 7h = 21h absence
This is the value deducted, unless you modify it manually.
How to edit the duration of an absence in the schedule?
Once the absence is entered, click on it in the published schedule
Click the blue pen to the right of the hour duration
Enter the new duration in the Revalued hours field (in decimal format)
