How to record lateness?

Manage employee lateness in Combo: either apply a payroll deduction or record the lateness without impacting pay.

How to deduct lateness from an employee’s pay?

From the published schedule:

  • Click on the relevant shift

  • Enter the actual worked hours

  • Tick the box Lateness with payroll deduction

  • Validate

💡 The lateness will automatically appear in the payroll report, in the “Lateness” column of the Absences tab.


How to record lateness without payroll deduction?

From the published schedule:

  • Click on the relevant shift

  • Enter the actual worked hours

  • Do not tick the box Lateness with payroll deduction

  • Validate

👉 No absence or additional action is required.
