How to deduct lateness from an employee’s pay?
From the published schedule:
Click on the relevant shift
Enter the actual worked hours
Tick the box Lateness with payroll deduction
Validate
💡 The lateness will automatically appear in the payroll report, in the “Lateness” column of the Absences tab.
How to record lateness without payroll deduction?
From the published schedule:
Click on the relevant shift
Enter the actual worked hours
Do not tick the box Lateness with payroll deduction
Validate
👉 No absence or additional action is required.
