The publication of the schedule allows you to do several things :
Communicate the planned hours to your team by e-mail or text message (whether they have been invited to Combo or not !), and via push notifications on the mobile app (if they have activated their profile and downloaded the Combo app)
Validate your employees' working hours
Good to know :
Have you filled your employees' emails without inviting them ? When publishing the schedule, they receive it by email only. If you want them to access the schedule directly from Combo, you will have to invite them to activate their account. We will explain everything here !
Interested in sending the schedule by text message ? Go here 👈
Head to Schedule > choose the desired week and team :
Click on "Publish the schedule" in the top right corner
Select the locations to publish for the following 4 weeks
Choose if you want to add a message for your employees
Click on "Publish".
Good to know :
If you don't want to share the schedule by email, un-check "Send the schedule to the employees"
If you directly select the location in the schedule, you can publish it for all of those teams.
