The Unassigned Shifts row helps you plan required staffing levels without immediately assigning shifts to team members. It's a key tool for ensuring your organization stays both stable and agile.
How to use unassigned shifts
You can use your favorite shifts and drag them either to specific team members or to the Unassigned Shifts row to plan ahead more effectively !
1. Create an unassigned shift and assign it later
From the Unassigned Shifts row, click on the “+” icon to add a new shift and fill in the necessary fields
Once the shift is created, drag and drop it onto the team member of your choice to assign it
2. Move a shift from a team member to the unassigned shifts row
Drag the shift you want to unassign onto the Non-scheduled employees row
The shift will remain saved but will no longer be assigned to any team member
