How to edit a published shift?
From the published schedule:
Click on the relevant shift
Modify the desired information (times, role, employee, etc.)
Save the changes
💡 At the bottom of the window, the option Notify the user is checked by default:
If you leave it checked → the employee receives a notification
If you uncheck it → the employee will not be informed of the change
How are notifications sent?
As soon as a shift is modified:
An email notification is sent to the employee
A pop-up notification appears on their phone (if they joined Combo via the app and enabled notifications)
If you activated SMS notifications, the employee receives a message showing the old shift and the new version
💡 Notifications are always sent when a shift is deleted from a published schedule.
