Why publish the schedule?
Inform your teams: hours are sent by email or SMS, even if employees haven’t yet activated their Combo account.
Notify via the mobile app: employees connected to the Combo app receive a real-time notification.
Validate worked hours: only publication makes hours usable for tracking and payroll export.
How to publish the schedule?
From Schedule > choose the week and the team:
Click Publish schedule (top right)
Select:
The teams concerned
The next 4 weeks if needed
Add a personalized message (optional)
Click Publish

If an email address is entered but the employee hasn’t activated their account, they will only receive the schedule by email.
You can disable email sending by unchecking the option “Send schedule to employees.”
By selecting a full establishment, you can publish the schedule of all associated teams in a single click.
