How to share the schedule with teams?

Publish the schedule and automatically send your teams their hours by email, SMS, or mobile notification.

Why publish the schedule?

  • Inform your teams: hours are sent by email or SMS, even if employees haven’t yet activated their Combo account.

  • Notify via the mobile app: employees connected to the Combo app receive a real-time notification.

  • Validate worked hours: only publication makes hours usable for tracking and payroll export.


How to publish the schedule?

From Schedule > choose the week and the team:

  • Click Publish schedule (top right)

  • Select:

    • The teams concerned

    • The next 4 weeks if needed

  • Add a personalized message (optional)

  • Click Publish

💡

  • If an email address is entered but the employee hasn’t activated their account, they will only receive the schedule by email.

  • You can disable email sending by unchecking the option “Send schedule to employees.”

  • By selecting a full establishment, you can publish the schedule of all associated teams in a single click.
