How to duplicate my schedule ?

Your first week is scheduled, perfect ! Save some time by duplicating it ! 😎

That's it, it's done, your first schedule !

You can now choose to duplicate it, and go do it for the next 7 weeks ! You can choose to duplicate the shifts of one employee or more !

Head to Schedule > Select your team :

  • Select Tools > 'Duplicate the week'

  • Choose :

    • “Add all” to duplicate all of this team's shifts

    • Or Select the employee(s) concerned to duplicate shifts

  • Select the weeks you want to duplicate the schedule on

  • You then have 3 options:

    • "Unassign shifts from unavailable employees" – if your team members are on paid leave or their contracts have ended, these shifts will be moved to the unassigned shifts row

    • "Unassign all shifts" – this keeps your scheduling needs intact, and you can then reassign each shift to the desired team members

    • "Ignore shifts of unavailable employees" – this will delete the shifts of your unavailable team members !

Good to know : If you duplicate a schedule for a week which already has existing shifts, we will indicate this as the duplicated shifts will add up to the shifts already scheduled.
