How to electronically sign my document

You have received a mail “ Your establishmend has invited you to the document” ? Here’s how to sign it !

Signing your document

Open the received e-mail :

  • Click on “Access the document” from the mail received

  • The document will appear : click on “Sign” to do it manually or automatically

  • Once all the signatories have signed, you can then download a copy of the document !

Good to know : If your superior cancels the signature request, you will be informed by mail directly ! The initial link will then redirect you to an error page.


Finding your signed documents

Head to your profile > Documents section :

  • Click on the document to open it

  • Validate by clicking on "Download the document"
