How to Use and Analyze the HR Dashboard in Combo?

Easily track your HR performance and the health of your establishment with the HR dashboard, accessible in just a few clicks.

Who can access the HR dashboard?

👉 The HR dashboard is only available to Administrators and Managers.

To access it:

  • Go to the HR > Overview tab

  • Apply the desired filters: period, establishment, contract type, gender

💡 If some data appears as “not filled in,” you can identify the employees concerned in the Incomplete records tab.


Which indicators are available?

The dashboard gathers your key data at a glance. You can view a global overview or focus on a specific indicator:

Workforce trends

  • Track new hires, departures, and total workforce

  • Turnover is automatically calculated over the selected period

Hours worked

  • View the total hours worked or scheduled for the period

  • RCR, training, or medical check hours are not included

Absence hours & absenteeism rate

  • Monitor the total number of absence hours

  • The absenteeism rate is calculated based on the following absences:

    • Family-related leave (sick children, family events)

    • Sick leave and accidents (work & commuting)

    • Unjustified or justified absences


How to export your HR data?

  • Select the data to export (workforce, hours worked, absences)

  • Add your filters (period, establishment, contract, gender)

  • Click on the three dots to the right of the graph

  • Choose Export data and select the desired format
