How to export your data on Combo?

Discover the different exports available to extract and process your HR and payroll data.

What exports should you use to extract payroll report data?

Go to the Reports tab:

  • Access the relevant payroll period.

  • Click on the relevant establishment.

  • Click on Exports.

  • Select the desired export from the available options.

Several exports are available to process your employees' information over a given period:

  • Accounting export: summary of all payroll-related data for your employees over the period, generally intended for accounting purposes.

  • Absences export: contains all data related to your employees' absences over the period.

  • Variable pay elements export: groups all variable pay elements for your employees for the relevant period.

  • Detailed export: complete day-by-day overview of your employees' data for the period.

💡

  • If your payroll software (Silae or Payfit) is connected to Combo, a specific export allows you to directly import your employees' payroll elements and data to simplify payroll processing.

  • All exports are available as tables in XLSX format.


How to download absences and variable pay elements exports for all establishments?

Go to the Reports tab:

  • Access the relevant payroll period.

  • Click on Exports.

  • Select the Variable pay elements and absences export.

If your payroll software (Silae or Payfit) is connected to Combo, you will also be able to download your export for all your establishments at this location.


How to download the sign-off and validation report?

Go to the HR tab:

  • Go to Sign-off tracking.

  • Select the relevant establishment.

  • Choose the period of data to export.

  • Click on Export.

The sign-off and validation export allows you to extract your employees' time-tracking data if you use the Combo time clock.


How to export paid leave counters?

Go to the HR tab:

  • Go to Paid leave counters.

  • Click on Export.

  • Click on Balance of current contracts or Balance of terminated contracts depending on your needs.

💡

  • The paid leave counters export includes data from all establishments.

  • To download this export, make sure that your employees' paid leave is activated on your establishment.


How to export the list of hires?

Go to the HR tab:

  • Click on Hires.

  • Select the relevant establishment.

  • Enter the period of data to export.

  • Click on Export hires.


How to export the list of departures?

Go to the HR tab:

  • Click on Departures.

  • Select the relevant establishment.

  • Enter the period of data to export.

  • Click on Export departures.
