How to Track Attendance Sheets on Employee Profiles?

Access employee attendance sheets in Combo and easily track scheduled hours, actual hours worked, and discrepancies.

Where to find an employee’s attendance sheet?

From the employee profile > Working time:

  • Select the desired month to open the corresponding sheet

  • Click View history to access previous months

💡 Attendance sheets visible from the employee profile are slightly different from those generated from the schedule.


Who can view attendance sheets?

  • The employee concerned (if access is enabled in your preferences)

  • The manager linked to their team

  • The director linked to their establishment

  • All account administrators


What does an attendance sheet contain?

Each sheet summarizes:

  • Date: day concerned

  • Scheduled: planned hours (shifts, breaks, absences)

  • Actual: hours actually worked and breaks

    • If actual hours are not validated, Combo uses scheduled hours

    • With the time clock, if nothing is validated, scheduled hours still appear

  • Establishment: site where the employee worked

  • Discrepancy: difference between scheduled and actual (⚠️ does not correspond to overtime)

  • Working time: hours worked, including justified absences (RCR, training, medical visits)

  • Meals: number of meals recorded

  • Comment: notes added when creating or validating shifts

At the bottom of the sheet: a monthly total summarizes days worked, meal vouchers, scheduled hours, and validated hours.

💡 During the month, only past days are counted (the current day is excluded).
