Find centralized attendance records in Combo

All clock-ins (clock-ins, breaks, clock-outs, etc.) made via the tablet are automatically compiled in the attendance report, available under Reports > Attendance Report.

In this report, you’ll see:

  • Scheduled hours vs clocked hours

  • Any discrepancies

  • Validation statuses

This report gives you a clear overview to review or validate hours before payroll processing.

Validate the actual hours of clocked shifts

Once clock-ins are available, there are two ways to validate your team's actual working hours: from the attendance report or directly from the schedule.

From the attendance report

This is the fastest and most comprehensive way if you want to review everything at once.

You can scroll through all the clocked shifts, spot discrepancies, and validate the actual hours worked with just a few clicks.

  • If the clocked hours are correct, simply click “Validate clocked hours”.

  • If there’s a mismatch or an error, you can either keep the original scheduled hours or manually adjust the times.

From the schedule

Prefer validating as you go? From the schedule, just click on a shift to view the related clock-in details and choose whether to validate the planned or the actual hours.

💡 If the employee clocked in exactly as scheduled, no change will appear, and the shift is automatically ready for validation—saving you precious time.
