You can view your employees' attendance sheets directly from their profile. You don't need to print them and have them signed.
Your employees can consult these attendance sheets from their profile if you have activated the option in the Preferences menu of the account.
Only the last three months and the current month are displayed by default. Click on "View history" to find the attendance sheets of the previous months !
The attendance sheets are displayed like this :
Date : Date of the day
Planned : The scheduled hours of the shifts, break time and absences. For example : On the 21th, the "Replacement Compensatory time off" absence lasts from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Actual : The hours actually worked by the employee and their break times.
Note : We advise you to validate the actual hours of your employees to make the difference between planned and actual hours stand out clearly. Without any validation, the information in the “Planned” and “Actual” will be the same.
If you use the time clock and you prefer the clock-time over the scheduled time in your settings, then the hours clocked by the employee will appear in the column "Actual" if you do not validate the real hours.
Institution : The name of the location in which your employee worked
Gap : The difference between the scheduled hours and the actual hours ⚠️ Important : The variation is not the number of overtime hours worked by the employee.
Work time : Number of hours worked during the day (including replacement compensatory time-offs, trainings, and medical visits). For example : On the 26th, the first shift is planned from 8am to 1pm and the training absence is planned from 2pm to 4pm. We have a daily work time of 7 hours.
Meal : Number of meals counted during the day
Comment : The title of the absence (weekly rest, replacement compensatory time-off, paid leave, sick leave ...) and the notes added during the creation or validation of the shift.
Note : you will not have any distinction between the notes written during the creation of the shift or those added during the validation of the shift.
At the bottom of the page, you will have a monthly total of the days worked, the number of meals, the planned hours, the actual hours and their difference.
