Head to your employee's profile > Modulation tab :

The page is composed of different elements :

You can use this navigation bar to view your employee's past, current and future modulation periods !

  1. Configuration : a summary of your current modulation period detailing the dates of the current period and your employee's contract, the total hours to be worked during the period, the ceiling and the floor.

Good to know : When clicking 'Edit' within the configuration, you are automatically redirected to the settings of the current modulation period.

2. Balance at the end of the week : the employee's projected balance at the end of the current week. It includes all the weeks since the start of the period up to the end of the current week. It changes according to the actual hours validated.

3. Weekly Tracking :

  • The current week, which you can sort in chronological order

  • The number of hours taken into account in the week (hours worked as well as certain absences by default are counted)

  • The Accumulation total from the start of the modulation period to the end of the current week

For example : I have 16h taken into account on week 1 and 30h taken into account on week 2, the accumulation at the end of that week will be 46h !

  • The Cumulative Target (cumulative weekly forecast targets)

This target doesn't correspond to the employee's weekly contracted hours.

To calculate it, divide the number of hours to be worked by the number of weeks in your period.

Example for 1607h to be achieved over 2024 (leap year): (*1607h/366 days) x 7 days = 30.73 or 30h44.

The cumulative target will be increased by 30h44 per week, regardless of the number of hours worked by your employee that week. This is just an indication. 👍

  • The Balance shows the difference between the number of hours taken into account in the Accumulation and the cumulative target at the end of each week.

For example : My cumulative target is 30 hours 44 minutes over the week.

My employee worked 36 hours :

36h- 30h44 = 5h16 balance at the end of my 1st week.
