How to add a shift to the schedule

From your schedule:

  • Open your schedule

  • Click the cell for the desired day

  • Select one or more employees

  • Specify the start date, start time, and end time

  • Add a tag to indicate the position or task (Optional)

  • Add breaks and meals (Optional)

💡

  • Break times do not display directly on the schedule

  • Set default breaks to save time when creating each shift

Special cases: contract start or end during the week

Employee whose contract has not yet started

An employee does not appear in the list until their contract is active.

🔎 Example: Grégory starts his contract on June 4.
If you create a shift on May 10, Grégory does not appear in the list of employees because his contract has not yet started.

Employee whose contract ends

If an employee’s contract ends in the middle of the week, shifts will not be created beyond that date.

🔎 Example: Lucie ends her contract on July 4.
If you schedule a recurring shift up to July 5, a non-blocking warning is displayed to inform you that no shift will be generated for Lucie after July 4.

You will need to manually create her final shifts.
