How to Manage Planning Access for My Employees (Upcoming Contract)?

Define the teams your employees can access and choose on which teams they can be scheduled with an upcoming contract.

How to give an employee access to other teams?

From the employee profile > Time and scheduling:

  • Click Edit access in the Team access section

  • Select the teams to make visible for this employee

  • Click Save

💡

  • An employee can have access to a team without being schedulable on it.

  • Rights depend on the role:

    • Employee: only views their own teams

    • Manager: accesses and manages their teams

    • Director: manages linked establishments and teams

    • Administrator: full access to all teams and establishments


How to make an employee schedulable on multiple teams?

From the employee profile > Contracts:

  • Open the contract concerned in the All contracts and amendments section

  • Go to the Planning tab

  • Check the teams on which the employee can be scheduled

  • Click Save

💡

  • An employee must first have access to a team before being schedulable on it.

  • The Schedulable employee option only appears in the Working time section when the contract is ongoing (not visible for an upcoming contract).
