How to Generate or Import a Document for Your Employees?

Import or generate your employees’ documents directly from Combo, centralize them, and have them signed in just a few clicks.

How to import a document for an employee?

From the employee profile > Documents:

  • Click on Import a document

  • Name the document

  • Upload or drag and drop your file

  • Confirm with Import

💡 The maximum file size is 15 MB.


How to generate a document from Combo?

From the employee profile > Documents:

  • Click on Generate a document

  • Select the desired template and the contract/amendment concerned

  • Choose the format: PDF or .docx

  • Click on Generate document

💡

  • The file name automatically adapts to the chosen template (can be modified afterward).

  • Variables (name, contract, dates, etc.) are automatically filled in with employee data.


Where to find generated or imported documents?

All documents are centralized in the employee profile > Documents.

They are accessible by:

  • The employee concerned

  • The managers of their team (depending on their rights)

  • The directors of the establishment

  • The administrators and the account owner
