How to Manage Planning Access for Your Employees (Ongoing Contract)?

Define the teams and establishments your employees can access, and choose the teams they can be scheduled on.

By default, an employee only has access to the team linked to their contract. You can extend their rights so that they can view other teams or be scheduled across multiple establishments.

How to give an employee access to other teams?

From the employee profile > Time and scheduling:

  • Click Edit access in the Team access section

  • Select the teams to make visible for this employee

  • Click Save

💡

  • An employee can have access to a team without being schedulable on it.

  • Rights depend on the role:

    • Employee: can only view their own teams

    • Manager: accesses and manages their teams

    • Director: manages linked establishments and teams

    • Administrator: full access to all teams and establishments


How to make an employee schedulable on multiple teams?

From the employee profile > Time and scheduling:

  • Click Edit in the Planning display section

  • Check the teams on which the employee can be scheduled

  • Click Save

  • An employee must first have access to a team before being schedulable on it.

  • You can uncheck Display employee on planning if you want to hide their profile.
