Prerequisites:
Hold an Owner, Admin, Director, or Manager role with employee management rights.
The employee's profile must be active with the option "The employee can access their Combo account" enabled under the Role and permissions tab.
Where to send an invitation to an employee in Combo?
Go to the Team tab:
Click the arrow button ➡️ next to the relevant employee.
Or, from the employee's profile:
Open the relevant employee's profile.
Click Invite in the Personal information section.

Check under the Role and permissions tab that the option "The employee can access their Combo account" is enabled before sending the invitation.
How to Track and Manage the Sent Invitation?
The invitation link is valid for 48 hours. You can:
Click the arrow button ➡️ if the invitation status is pending.
Click Resend invitation from the employee's profile if they have not activated their account within this timeframe.

Each new send cancels the previous email: advise your employee to open the most recent email received.
Ask the employee to check their spam folder if they cannot find the invitation email.
Hover over the Resend invitation button to display the date the last invitation was sent.
Why Is the Invitation Button Not Available?
If the invitation option is not shown, it means the employee already has an active Combo account (for example, if they previously worked at another organisation using Combo). Their account is automatically active: they can log in directly without an invitation.
