Prerequisites:
Each user can update their own email address from their profile if the Manage user profile option is active in their role.
Owner and Admin profiles can update an employee's email address from their profile in Team. Directors and Managers can do so if the Edit personal information of collaborators within their accessible scope permission is active.
How to update an email address from the web version?
Go to your profile or the desired employee's profile:
Click on the Overview tab.
Click on Edit information.
Click on Contact details.
Update the email address.
Click on Save changes.
💡 Note about the email address:
An email address can only be associated with one Combo profile within the same account.
This unique email address is used to log in to your Combo account.
It also allows you to receive associated communications (schedule publication, paid leave requests).
How to update an email address from the mobile app?
Go to your profile or the desired employee's profile:
Go to Personal information.
Tap Edit personal information at the bottom.
Update the email address in the Contact details tab.
Tap Save changes.
