Where can the user reset their password?
To reset your password, go to this page:
👉 Combo login page
Then follow these steps:
Click on Forgot password
Enter the email address linked to your Combo account
Click on Reset password
Check your inbox and click on the reset link in the email
💡 Can’t find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder too.
What requirements must the new password meet?
To keep your data secure, Combo requires a strong password with at least:
8 characters
1 uppercase letter
1 lowercase letter
1 number
1 special character:
# ? ! @ $ % ^ & * _ . , -
Why doesn’t the password reset work?
If you don’t receive any email — even in your spam or junk folder — here’s why it might be happening:
👉 Has the user activated their Combo account?
Getting schedules by email doesn't mean the account is active.
📩 You should have received an email titled “Your Combo account” with an “Activate your account” button.
If not, ask your manager to resend the invitation.
👉 Does the inbox block Combo emails?
Some email providers automatically block Combo messages.
