How to Create, Import, or Modify Tags?

Tags let you categorize your shifts to make your schedules clearer, quicker to read, and more efficient to manage.

What tags are used for:

  • Quickly identify the position or task of a shift (e.g.: “Service”, “Cleaning”, “Accounting”).

  • Use the tag view in the schedule to filter and organize your teams.

  • Apply a color code to visually spot each category.


How to create a tag

From Settings > Establishments & Schedules > Your establishment > Scheduling:

  • Click New Tag

  • Enter a clear name (e.g.: “Kitchen”, “Cashier”)

  • Choose a color to identify it easily

  • Click Save

💡 Prefer short names for better readability on the schedule.


How to import existing tags

From Settings > Establishments & Schedules > Your establishment > Scheduling:

  • Click Import

  • Select the establishment and schedule that contains the tags to import

  • Click Import

💡 The import updates all tags for the establishment at once. It is not possible to select individual tags.


How to modify a tag

From Settings > Establishments & Schedules > Your establishment > Scheduling:

  • Click the tag you want to modify

  • Change the name and/or color

  • Click Save

💡 Modifications are not retroactive. Shifts already created will keep the old tag.
