How to set up your collective agreement (CCN) in Combo?

Activating your CCN in Combo automates overtime rules and notifies you in case of non-compliance with legal or contractual regulations.

Why activate a collective agreement in Combo?

Selecting the right CCN (or branch agreement) is more than just a setting. It allows Combo to:

  • Alert you if a rule is exceeded (maximum working hours, rest periods, etc.).

  • Automate overtime and premium calculations in your payroll reports (overtime, night shifts, etc.).

🔎 If your CCN specifies a 25% premium after 43 hours per week, Combo will automatically apply it in your payroll exports.

How to activate your collective agreement

From Settings > Collective agreement:

  • Open the dropdown menu and select your collective agreement.

  • Check the associated rules (overtime, night work, premium rates, etc.).

  • Select the APE code that matches your business activity.

  • Click Save.

💡 If your CCN or APE code does not appear:

Reach out to our team directly through the help bubble at the bottom right of your screen and provide:

  • The exact title of your collective agreement.

  • Your APE code.

We’ll add the configuration to your account.
