What are the specificities of corporate officers on Combo?
Corporate officers (managers, executives, self-employed) must be declared in Combo for administrative and legal reasons, but their management differs from that of other employees.
On Combo, this means:
They do not appear in the Single Personnel Register (RUP).
They are not subject to working time rules (overtime, modulation, compensatory rest).
They can be hidden from the schedule if needed.
No RCR (Replacement Compensatory Rest).
No public holiday recovery.
No premium rates (overtime, night work, Sunday work, etc.).
No working time modulation or smoothing.
They do not appear in the employee list when creating a modulation period.
