Head to your employees profile > Contracts tab :
Click on “Actions”
Select "Terminate the contract"
Choose the contract end date and the reason
Good to know : If it is a dismissal, you can add the authorization date if the employee is a representative.
If there are shifts or absences scheduled after the end of the contract, you have three options :
You need to be very careful with this last step ! As this action is definitive and deleted shifts can't be reinstated !
If you select "Unassign shifts", they will appear on the unassigned shifts line of your schedule.
