How to create a payroll manager or accountant profile?

Create a secure access for your payroll manager or accountant, without displaying them in the schedule or the employee register.

How to create the profile?

From Team:

  • Click on Add a collaborator

  • Enter their first name, last name, and email address

  • Click Save


How to hide them from the employee register?

From the Contract tab:

  • Click Actions > Declare a change

  • Select Correct contract information

  • Check the option Do not display in the employee register

  • Confirm


How to hide them from the schedule?

From the Time and Scheduling tab:

  • Click on the Display on schedule section

  • Uncheck Display employee on the schedule

  • Save


How to assign the right role to my payroll manager on Combo?

With the Administrator role, the payroll manager automatically has access to all company sites and teams, to consult the information required for payroll without restrictions.


How to activate the employee profile?

Once the profile is completed, invite the employee so they can access Combo from their personal space and start using it (schedule, absences, documents, etc.).
