What are the features of the Combo mobile app?

Track your schedule, record your hours, send absence requests, and stay connected with your team.

View your schedule and shifts

  • See your shifts week by week in the My Shifts tab

  • View your team’s hours for a day in the Schedule tab

  • Navigate between dates using the calendar or by swiping the screen

💡 If you don’t see your full schedule, it may not yet be published or your access may be limited to your own shifts.


Send an absence request

Go to Account > Request an absence:

  • Choose the type of absence

  • Enter the start and end dates

  • Add a comment if needed

  • Send your request

👉 Your manager can approve or deny it, and the response will appear directly in your schedule.


Communicate with your team

In the Messages tab:

  • Start or reply to a conversation (individual or group)

  • Share photos and documents

  • Archive your chats to keep your inbox clear


Manage your information and documents

In Account > My profile:

  • Add your photo and update your personal information (address, email, phone)

  • Check your availability, absences, and contract details

In Account > My documents:

  • Access your payslips (if the option is enabled)

  • Add and find other documents: contracts, certificates, supporting documents…


Record your hours and track your working time (option depending on your company)

  • In My Shifts or Schedule, open a shift to confirm your actual hours (breaks, meals, adjustments), then click Record

  • Track your total hours in My Account > Hours worked, by selecting the desired month


Receive important notifications

You are automatically notified when:

  • Your schedule is published or updated

  • A shift is added, changed, or deleted

  • An absence request is approved or denied

  • A new message arrives in your inbox
