Click on your initials or profile picture in the top right:
Go to Subscription.
Click on Suspend my subscription.
Enter a reason.
Click on Suspend.

For a monthly subscription, your subscription remains active until the end of the current period, then is automatically suspended at the next billing date, without any new charges.
For an annual subscription with commitment, cancellation does not stop payments and you remain obligated to settle your invoices until the end of your commitment.
After cancelling your subscription, your data remains accessible. Contact our support team if you need to download certain information.
