How to Proceed with the Subscription Suspension?
Go to Subscription :
Click on your initials or your profile picture at the top right.
Click on Suspend my subscription.
Enter a reason.
Click Suspend.

For a monthly subscription, the subscription remains active until the end of the current period, then is automatically suspended at the next billing date, with no further charge.
For an annual subscription with commitment, suspension does not stop payments. You remain liable for all invoices until the end of your commitment.
After suspension, your data remains accessible. Contact support if you need to download specific information.
