How to add a recurring transportation allowance?
Go to the employee's profile:
Open the Contracts tab.
Access the Monthly transportation allowances section.
Click on Add.
Select the scheme from: Public transport subscription, Sustainable mobility package, Other transportation allowance (subject to contributions), or Other transportation allowance (not subject to contributions).
Enter the monthly subscription cost.
Indicate the employer's share (in %).
Define the start date (and optionally the end date).
Validate by clicking on Add.
The transport allowance is then applied automatically according to the chosen settings.
How to modify or delete an existing transportation allowance?
Go to the employee's profile:
Access the Monthly transportation allowances section.
Click on the allowance concerned.
Select Edit to adjust the information (amount, dates, contribution rate).
Select Delete to permanently remove the allowance.
Where to find the transportation allowance in payroll?
All entered transportation allowances automatically appear in the employee's payroll report, in the Other payroll elements section. They also appear in the Transport column of the accounting export (in the Summary tab).
