What information is included in the employee list?

The employee list includes personal and contractual data of employees, such as:

  • Civil status.

  • Contact details.

  • Professional information.

  • Administrative and banking information.

  • Medical information.

  • Work authorizations.

  • Contractual information.

All information included in the employee list can be configured from the Personal information and Contracts tabs in the employee profile.


How to download your employee list?

Go to the Reports tab:

  • Click on Export employee list.

💡

  • The employee list is downloadable as a spreadsheet in xlsx format.

  • Only employees with an active contract appear on the list.
