How to create an absence request?
Go to the "Leaves and Absences" tab on your profile:
Click on New absence request
Select the type of absence (Paid Leave, RTT, Unpaid Leave)
Indicate the duration of the absence
Add a comment if necessary
Confirm by clicking Save
💡 Employees must have an RTT accrual period to be able to request RTT. This is configured by the account admin in Settings.
How to track your absence requests?
Go to the "Leaves and Absences" tab:
Access the Absence Requests section
Check the status of your requests
If your request has not been approved before the start date of the absence, it will be marked as expired.
