How to share information that can be consulted at any time?

You can use the Articles section to share important information that your teams can consult at any time from the web.

Go to the Articles page:

  • Click on Add an article.

  • Write your information.

  • Save then open the created article.

💡 Good to know:

  • If you want your employees to access the article whether they are on the web application or the mobile application, copy the link of the created article and send the link directly by message to your teams.

  • Articles can only be created from the website, but your employees can view them on mobile via this received link.
