How do I activate messaging?
Go to Settings > Preferences:
Check the Instant messaging option.

Only an administrator can activate the Instant messaging option.
Once activated, messaging is accessible to all roles.
As long as the messaging option is activated, a Combo member can send a message and/or create discussion groups with the members of their choice.
How do I send a message?
From the web application
Go to the Messages tab:
Click on the New icon.
Select your recipients by employee, by role, or by establishment.
Add a title and write your text.
Click on the blue arrow to send.
From the mobile application
Go to the Messages tab:
Tap on the + icon.
Select your colleagues and click on Start.
Click on the Pencil icon at the top right to name the conversation.

You can send files (.txt, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OpenOffice, PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, X-PNG, GIF) up to 15 MB.
For videos, use a .zip format.
The "Delivered" status appears when the message has been delivered to participants.
The "Read" status appears when the message has been viewed by one or more participants.
How do I manage conversation participants?
It is possible to add or remove members along the way.
On the web application
To add a colleague, click on the Add a colleague button.
To remove a colleague, hover over the name and click on the - icon.
On the mobile application
To add a colleague, click on the Pencil icon then on Edit.
To remove a colleague, click on the Pencil icon then on Delete.

Only the creator of the conversation can add or remove a member.
When an employee is added to a conversation, they have access to the complete conversation history.
The creator of the conversation cannot be removed from it.
Messages from a deactivated employee remain visible in the history, but they can no longer access them.
If you reactivate an employee, they will recover all their content.
How do I activate the "Only creator can publish" option?
The creator of a conversation can activate this option, which means that other participants in the conversation will not be able to send written messages, only emoji reactions.
👉 Result: cleaner conversations, perfect for sharing important information, there are no more interruptions in the thread.
How do I edit or delete a message?
You can only edit your own messages. An "Edited" label then appears below the message.
When you delete a message, the content becomes "message deleted" for other participants and "You deleted this message" for you. Complete deletion of a conversation is not possible independently. Contact our support team with the conversation URL.
How do I reply to a specific message from the mobile application?
Go to a conversation:
Press and hold the message you want to reply to.
Click on Reply.
Write your response.
Send.
How do I react to a message with an emoji?
Go to a conversation:
Press and hold the message you want to react to.
Click on React.
Select the emoji you want to use.

It is possible to react to your own message.
Multiple people can react to the same message.
The full emoji catalog is available.
It is not yet possible to see who reacted to the message.
