How to send a contract from the employee’s profile ?
Go to the employee profile > Documents tab:
Add the document by choosing Import a document if the file is ready, or Generate a document from a Combo template.
Click on E-sign.
Add up to 100 signers.
Select Sign one after another if you want to set a signing order.
Enable options: signature placement, initials, "read and approved" mention.
Drag and drop colored rectangles to place each signer's signature zones.
Click on Validate to send the request.
💡 Good to know:
If you choose signing one after another, each signer must validate before the next one receives the request.
To cancel the sending, click on the document then on Cancel signature request.
Once the document is sent for signature and signed by your employee, the signature can no longer be modified..
How to send a contract from the HR page?
Go to the HR page > Electronic signature section:
Click on New signature request.
Import the document and give it a title.
Select the relevant employee.
Click on Import document.
Add signers (up to 100).
Select Sign one after another if necessary.
Enable options and place signature zones.
Click on Validate to send the request.
💡 Good to know:
Only active employees can be selected.
The document will automatically appear in the Documents tab of the employee's profile.
To cancel a sending, click on the three dots (⋮) then View details and Cancel signature request.
How to interpret signature statuses?
Status | Meaning |
✅ Signed | All signers have signed, the document is ready to be downloaded. |
🔁 Pending | At least one signer has not signed yet. You can send a reminder by email if automatic reminder is not enabled. |
❌ Failed | The sending was unsuccessful (e.g. maximum size exceeded). Recreate the request. |
💡 Directors and administrators can download signature proofs from the HR page > Electronic signature.
How to delete a signed contract?
You can delete a signed document from two locations.
From the employee profile
Go to the employee profile > Documents tab:
Click on the three dots (…) to the right of the document line.
Select Delete.
From the HR page
Go to the HR page > Electronic signature section:
Click on the three dots (…) of the relevant line.
Select View details.
Click on Delete.
