How to create or to modify a corporate officer profile?
From the Team tab:
To create a new profile:
Click on Add a collaborator
Enter first name, last name and e-mail address
In the Contracts tab > Select Executive officer treated as employee or Executive officer self-employed
To modify an existing profile:
Select the the profile in question
In the Contracts tab > Click on the Actions button > Declare a change > Correct contract information
Select Executive officer treated as employee or Executive officer self-employed
💡 To modify an existing contract, make sure that the pay periods concerned since the start of the employee's contract are unlocked in the Reports page.

How to hide a corporate officer's profile in the schedule?
From the Time and Scheduling tab in the profile:
Click on the Display on the schedule tab
Uncheck the option Employee can be scheduled
If the Corporate Officer needs to be displayed on the schedule:
He won't have a time counter, only the job title will be showned.
💡 Corporate officers, whether managers or executives, may be treated as employees or self-employed workers. These statuses entail particularities in the management of hours and absences for corporate officers:
They are not entitled to Compensatory Rest (CTO) and Public Holidays Day off. They therefore have no access to the corresponding absences on the schedule.
Additional working hours do not apply, even if the conditions are met (overtime, Sunday work, night work, etc.). Only the basic hourly rate is applied.
They are not concerned by the modulation or smoothing of working hours. They therefore do not appear in the “List of employees” section when the modulation or smoothing period is created.
