This tab, dedicated to annualisation, allows you to centralise and easily consult the monitoring of the smoothing or modulation of working hours for all your employees.

Go to Reports > your pay period > Modulation tab !

1° Annual smoothing

  • Hours taken into account : All actual and/or planned hours taken into account from the start of the smoothing period up to and including the last Sunday in the pay period.

  • Cumulative difference as of XX/XX/XXXX : The difference between the cumulative hours considered in the smoothing process and the contractual hours of an employee up to the last Sunday included in your pay period.

Positive difference: The employee has worked more hours than those forecast in the smoothed distribution.

Negative difference: The employee has not worked as many hours as planned in the smoothed distribution.

2° Modulation

  • Overall progress: The total of actual and/or planned hours taken into account since the start of the modulation period, attached to your employee's contract in relation to the target number of hours to be worked over the overall modulation period.

The target number of hours to be worked over the overall modulation period is automatically adjusted according to the dates of the contract and your employee's working time, compared with the initial configuration for full-time work over a full period. ✌️

  • Hours taken into account : All actual and/or planned hours taken into account from the start of the modulation period up to and including the last Sunday in the pay period.

  • Cumulative difference as of XX/XX/XXXX : The difference between the cumulative hours considered in the modulation process and the contractual hours of an employee up to the last Sunday included in your pay period

  • Hours above the weekly ceiling : Hours that have exceeded the weekly ceiling and are included in the pay period. They appear in the ‘Overtime’ column of the Hours worked tab.

Good to know :

  • You can access the configuration of the period and the details of each employee from this page.

  • If the contract start or end date is included in the pay period, it will be shown next to the cumulative difference:

  • If your employee starts a new contract or amendment during the pay period, you will have 1 line per contract.

    • With an amendment : overall progression retains the history of actual and/or planned hours taken into account since the start of the modulation or smoothing period.

    • With a new contract : overall progression restarts from the start of the new contract.
