Monitor the overall progress of your teams from the Modulation tab in the payroll report.

Updated yesterday

Go to Reports > Your Payroll Period > Modulation Tab:

Overall progress

This represents the cumulative actual and/or scheduled hours considered over the entire modulation period, linked to the employee’s contract relative to the target working hours.

The target working hours automatically adjust based on the employee’s contract dates and working hours, relative to the initial configuration for a full-time schedule over a complete period. ✌️

Hours taken into account

The total hours worked, considered from the start of the payroll period up to and including the last Sunday of that period.

At the end of the modulation period or upon the termination of the employee’s contract, any excess hours worked will be classified as overtime.

Contributed absences hours

The total absence hours considered from the start of the payroll period up to and including the last Sunday of that period.

At the end of the modulation period or upon the termination of the employee’s contract, any absence hours exceeding the target will be treated as regular hours.

Cumulative difference as of XX/XX/XXXX

The cumulative difference as of the last Sunday included in your payroll period. This is the difference between the total hours worked and absence hours considered under modulation versus the contractual hours.

Hours above the weekly target

These are hours worked that exceed the weekly limit and are included in the payroll period. They appear in the "Additional Hours" or "Overtime" column of the Worked hours tab.

Good to know :

  • If the employee’s contract starts or ends within the payroll period, this will be indicated below the cumulative difference.

  • If the employee starts a new contract or has an amendment during the payroll period, there will be one row per contract :

    • With an amendment, the overall progress retains the history of actual and/or scheduled hours considered since the start of the period.

    • With a new contract, the overall progress resets from the start date of the new contract.
