Activating the profile synchronization with Silae*

Avoid double entry by activating the transmission of your employees' profile data from Combo to Silae*!

Activating the option to synchronize profiles with Silae*

Go to Settings > Marketplace > HR :

  • Click on ‘Silae* - Synchronisation of employee data’

  • Click on ‘I subscribe!’ on the page

  • Accept the terms and conditions and the authorization to subscribe to the option.

Your subscription is automatically updated !

This is a paid add-on.


Setting up the API

To set up synchronization, fill in the following fields:

  • Main Key

  • Main ClientSecret

  • Client ID

The information can be collected from the Silae* API portal > My API accounts.

The codes are made up of numbers, letters and special characters.

Good to know: If you don't have access to Silae*'s API portal, don't worry! You or your accountant can request the creation of an API account in order to obtain the information listed above.

It may take a few weeks for this information to be provided.

Then enter the file numbers corresponding to your locations (composed of numbers only).


Synchronising my employees

Go to Settings > Marketplace > HR :

  • Select the employees whose information you want to synchronize with

  • Click on "Synchronise with Silae*"

Good to know:

  • Employee's numbers are listed in ascending or descending order

  • Only employees with an employee number will be synchronized

  • You can select all the employees on the page and/or filter by contract type

Once synchronization has been initiated, you can track it using these statuses :

  • 🔄 In progress - Synchronisation in progress, wait a few moments, you can navigate to another page if you need to

  • ✅ Synchronised - data has been successfully transmitted to Silae*

  • ↔️ Not synchronized → employee details have not been sent to Silae (ie : employee number missing or synchronization is not active)

  • ❌ Failed → Synchronisation was not possible due to a failure (employee number assigned to several employees, for example)
