How do I reset my Combo account password ?
Go to the connexion menu here :
Click on "Forgotten Password"
Enter your email address associated with your Combo account
Click the blue "Reset the password" button
If you get the following error message, it means that your account is not active. Contact your manager to receive your invitation and activate your account:
Please check your email box (and your spams) and follow the instructions.
Good to know : Your password must contain at least
both upper-case and lower-case letters
1 special caracter amongst # ? ! @ $ % ^ & * _ . , -

If you receive your schedules by email, it does not necessarily mean that you have been invited to access your Combo space. We invite you to contact your employer to receive an invitation to activate your account.
Your employer may not yet have invited you to create an account. In this case, please do not hesitate to contact your employer to check! You will receive an e-mail "Your Combo account" with a button "Activate your account". Once the account has been activated, you can log in directly to Combo with your email and the chosen password.
