How does our API work ?

You would like to add your till to Combo but this one isn't available in our integrations ?

You have the possibility to use Combo’s API to :

  • Transfer informations from Combo to an external software : information on the schedule (employees names, dates, shift hours, shift labels…) or **on the employees contracts (name of the employee, social security number, contract dates, type of contract, working times, default location, position…).

  • Send informations from your software to Combo : Estimated and gross sales.

To activate our partnership API, please follow these steps :

  1. Download the technical documentation for our partnership API.

  2. Contact us via the chat to get your activation key or token. This allows you to access your entire account information via the API.

  3. Generate a partner ID directly in Combo if you have different locations and want to filter the data by location.

Go to Settings `

  • Select Locations & schedules

  • Choose one of your locations

  • Click on the "Edit" button in the upper right corner.

  • Your location record will open, click on "View More" to access the partner ID.
