Before you start : To validate or correct a shift, the schedule must first be published from the Combo web platform.
How to validate a shift from the mobile app?
From the mobile app > Schedule tab:
Select the shift to process
Choose the desired action:
Validate if the hours worked match the scheduled shift
Edit if you need to adjust the actual hours before validating
How to correct an already validated shift?
Tap on the relevant shift
Tap Unvalidate to cancel the validation
Make your changes if necessary, then validate again
