How to view your shifts on the Combo mobile app?

The mobile app lets you view your schedule in real time, by day or by week.

For your shifts to be visible on the mobile app, your schedule must have been published by your manager (manager, director, or admin). If no shifts appear, it means the schedule has not yet been published. If a shift is still in "Draft" mode, it will remain completely invisible in your app. If your schedule stays empty, contact your manager to confirm that they have validated and published the period.

Once the schedule is published, the Combo app offers two ways to view your shifts depending on whether you want a weekly or daily view.

How to view my shifts for the week?

Go to the My Shifts menu:

  • Scroll up and down to see all your shifts for the current week.

  • Use the arrows at the top right of the screen to move between weeks (forward or backward in time).

  • Tap a specific shift to see its full details (date, start and end times, team, tag, break time, meal type).

💡 The My Shifts menu displays strictly your own shifts and your own validated absences.

How to view my shifts for the day?

Go to the Schedule menu:

  • Select the desired date in the calendar to view the day's shifts.

  • Swipe horizontally (left or right) to navigate between dates.

  • Tap a specific shift to see its full details (date, start and end times, team, tag, break time, meal type).

💡 The Schedule menu can display the shifts and absences of other employees if the option "Employees can see the schedule of other members of their teams" is enabled in the account preferences by the administrator. This setting can only be activated from a computer; an employee cannot enable this visibility themselves from the mobile app. Colleagues' absences appear with the label "Absent".

⚒️ As soon as a manager edits, moves, or publishes a new shift, the schedule updates instantly on the mobile app.

What is NOT possible from these views:

  • Editing and deleting: An employee can never edit, delete, or remove a shift themselves from the app. Only the manager has these editing rights.

  • Refusing a shift: It is not possible to refuse or cancel a shift directly from these schedule views. For any schedule change, the employee must contact their manager.

  • Creating absences and unavailabilities: Although your validated absences are visible in read-only mode on your schedules, it is not possible to submit leave, declare sick leave, or enter unavailabilities from the "My Shifts" or "Schedule" tabs. These actions are managed exclusively from the dedicated absence request tab.
