Do you work with a chartered accountant ? Why not give him access to Combo so that he can access your payroll report directly and save time ?
Rest assured, it is possible to keep it out of your staff register and your schedules. We'll explain it all to you !
Head to the Team tab :
Click on 'Add an employee'
Fill in their first and last name as well as their e-mail address
Head to the created profile > Contract section :
Click on the "Actions" button, then "Edit the contract"
Select "Do not display in the personnel directory"
Head to the created profile > Work time section :
Un-check "Employee can be scheduled" in the scheduling part
Head to the created profile > Permissions and access section :
Select "Administrator" access: they will then automatically have access to all your company's sites and teams
Now all you have to do is invite your accountant to join Combo !
Head to the created profile > Preview section :
Your accountant can now manage your payrolls completely independently, and can even distribute payslips directly to each of your employees thanks to our payslip distribution and storage option !
