The SMIC (French minimum hourly wage) is regularly revised and this results in an automatic increase for your relevant employees without needing to create a contract amendment.
On Combo, it's the same thing !
Head to your employee's profile > Contract tab :
Click on Actions > Edit contract
You will be able to access the Pay tab
Check "Employee at SMIC"
In the case of revaluation of the SMIC, the hourly and monthly salary will systematically be updated ! 🎉
Good to know :
The automatic revaluation won't affect past payroll reports as the SMIC value is saved depending on the dates !
