How to download your administrative documents (contracts, amendments, certificates)?
Go to the Account (Compte) menu, then tap My Profile (Mon profil):
Select the section named Documents.
Tap the document of your choice to download it directly to your phone.
💡 Important: Access to the Combo app and your documents is restricted to employees with an active account. As soon as your account is deactivated (due to the end of a contract or departure from the company), you will no longer be able to log in. You will no longer be able to view or download your documents. Make sure to download all your documents individually to your phone or computer before your last day at the company; otherwise, you will need to contact your employer.
How to download your payslips on the mobile app?
Go to the Account (Compte) menu, then tap My Profile (Mon profil):
Select the section named Payslips (Bulletins de paie).
Tap the payslip of your choice to download it to your phone.
⚒️ Note on visibility: If the Payslips section does not appear on your app, it means your employer has not activated this option on Combo. In this case, contact your manager or HR department directly to obtain your payslips.
Note regarding a missing payslip for the current month: If you cannot see your payslip for this month, please note that the availability of your documents depends entirely on your HR department or your manager. If your payslip does not appear, it means it has not yet been imported or shared by your employer on Combo. We encourage you to wait a little longer or contact your company for more information.
How to add or import a document from the mobile app?
Go to the Account (Compte) menu, then tap My Profile (Mon profil):
Select the section named Documents.
Tap the Add a document (Ajouter un document) button.
Choose one of the three available import methods:
Photo Library option: To import an image or photo already saved in your phone's gallery.
Take a Photo option: To use your smartphone's camera and snap a photo of a document live.
Choose a File option: To import a document stored in your phone's local files or from a cloud storage service (such as iCloud, Google Drive, etc.).
⚒️ Technical rules and accepted file formats for uploading:
Maximum file size: 15 MB per file.
Accepted image formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF.
Accepted document formats: PDF, Word (.doc and .docx), Excel (.xls and .xlsx), PowerPoint (.ppt), Plain Text (.txt), OpenDocument (.odt and .odp).
Accepted archive formats: ZIP.
