Discover how to easily configure your account's general preferences and adjust the rules applied across your entire organization.

Updated today

Account preferences allow you to define global rules that apply to all your establishments. They influence scheduling, access, permissions, and several HR aspects.

1. Configure scheduling rules

These settings directly influence how schedules are built:

  • Add a meal by default to every shift created

  • Count break times as paid time

  • Allow employees to modify the type of meal consumed

  • Allow employees to view their hour counters on the schedule

  • Allow employees to see the schedules of other team members once published

  • Hide schedule counters for employees on a day-rate (forfait jour) contract

  • Set the cutoff time for your establishments

2. Manage employee permissions

These options determine what employees can view or modify in their profiles:

  • Allow employees to modify their personal information

  • Allow employees to view their timesheets from their profiles

  • Allow employees to see the phone numbers and email addresses of their colleagues

3. Configure Manager and Director rights

These parameters allow you to expand or restrict the scope of action for supervisors:

  • Make employees created by a manager immediately available for scheduling

  • Allow directors to grant access to their employees at other establishments

  • Allow directors to access the HR Dashboard

  • Allow directors and managers to view the "Paid Leave Management" page on the HR Dashboard

4. Adjust HR and administrative settings

These preferences concern your administrative management:

  • Choose the currency used for the account (in analytics, bonuses, and transport allowances)

  • Define the notice period for leave requests

  • Enable DPAE (Pre-employment declaration) submission via Combo

  • Enable the creation and generation of document templates

  • Activate instant messaging
