Corporate officers (managers, executives, self-employed workers) must be declared in Combo for administrative and legal reasons, but their management differs from that of other employees:
They do not appear in the Single Staff Register (RUP)
They are not subject to working time rules (overtime, modulation, compensatory rest, etc.)
They can be hidden from the schedule if needed
How to create a “Corporate officer” contract?
From Team:
Click on Add a collaborator
Enter the first name, last name, and email address
In the Contracts tab > Select one of the statuses:
Executive assimilated to employee
Non-salaried executive (self-employed)

Unlock all payroll periods from the start of the contract
Click on Actions next to their contract
Click on Declare a change
Select Correct information
How to hide a corporate officer’s profile from the schedule?
From the Time and Scheduling tab in their profile:
Click on the Display on schedule section
Uncheck Display employee on the schedule
💡 If you leave the profile visible on the schedule, it will not have an hours counter. Only their job title will be displayed.
What are the specificities of corporate officers on Combo?
Corporate officers are not managed like other employees. On Combo, this means:
No RCR (Replacement Compensatory Rest)
No recovery of public holidays
No pay premiums (overtime, night work, Sunday work, etc.)
No modulation or smoothing of working time
They do not appear in the employee list when creating a modulation period
