Restore access to a collaborator by reactivating their profile in a few clicks.

How to reactivate access to an inactive profile?

Go to the Team tab:

  • Select Inactive users.

  • Click on the relevant employee profile.

  • Go to the Role and permissions tab.

  • Check The employee can access their Combo account.

Once the profile is reactivated, the employee will be able to log in to their Combo profile.
