How to manage employees’ transport allowances?

Manage employees’ transport allowances easily in Combo by adding, modifying or removing employer-covered schemes.

How to add a recurring transport allowance?

From the employee’s profile, open the Contracts tab, then the Transport allowances section.

  • Click Add a recurring transport allowance.

  • Select the appropriate scheme:

    • Collective transport subscription

    • Sustainable mobility allowance

    • Other transport allowance (subject to contributions)

    • Other transport allowance (not subject to contributions)

  • Fill in:

    • the monthly subscription cost

    • the employer’s share (as a percentage)

    • the start date (and optionally the end date)

  • Confirm by clicking Add.

The transport allowance is then applied automatically according to the chosen settings.


How to modify or delete an existing transport allowance?

Once recorded, the transport allowance remains accessible in the same section of the employee’s profile.

  • Click on the allowance to modify its details (amount, dates, employer contribution rate).

  • Click Delete to remove it permanently.


Where does the transport allowance appear on the payroll?

All entered transport allowances automatically appear in the employee’s pay report and are shown in the “Transport note” column of the accounting export (in the Summary tab).
